Grammy-winning dancehall sensation Sean Paul continues to give back to the industry that propelled him to global fame.
Through his Sean Paul Foundation, the dancehall star has donated over $1.5 million to Food for the Poor Jamaica’s Band Camp initiative.
A post on the Food for the Poor’s social media pages, while lauding the Get Busy hitmaker for his support, states that the donation will help to cover essential expenses, ensuring the program remains operational and inclusive for youths from underserved communities.
Food for the Poor Jamaica’s Band Camp initiative provides musical training and life skills to young Jamaicans, offering them a platform to develop their talents and build confidence. The Sean Paul Foundation has been a sponsor of the band camp programme since 2022.
